The Meeting Room is available and free of charge to non-profit organizations on the following days and times: Monday – Thursday from 10:00am -7:45pm and Friday and Saturday from 10:00am – 4:30pm. The Meeting Room is not available Saturdays from July – Labor Day when the library is closed.
To use the Meeting Room, please read and fill out the form below and email, fax, or mail it back to Jennifer Sullivan, Adult Services Librarian. Address and fax number are listed on the form. The room is booked on a first-come basis. The following priorities will apply in case of conflict:
1) a group affiliated or sponsored by the library
2) a Woodbridge-based group
3) a regional group
Limitations and General Rules
A. The room may not be used for commercial purposes.
B. There may be no closed meetings.
C. The room is not available for private parties.
D. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted.
E. No Goods and/ or services may be sold in the room except those that directly benefit the library.
F. The library retains the right to limit attendance at meetings or programs.
G. Limited library equipment may be made available through prior arrangement only.
H. Refreshments may be served. The kitchen area may be used and must be left clean and in an orderly condition.
I. Groups using the room are responsible for proper supervision, for assuring the event does not disrupt library services, for leaving the meeting room in good order, and for costs from any damage or loss to the room or to the library during use.
J. Exceptions to these rules may be enacted at the discretion of the Commission.
